yesterday i called for help..my husband had fallen out of bed..he was afraid to call an ambulance because he didnt want to go to the hospital...i had to call...the 2 girls who came ms Murtu and Ms Hernandez were so sweet and nice...they made an embarrassing situation not so embarrassing for us...they were very professional and caring...i hope their supervisor sees this because they deserve recognition and ladies thank you again for your help you are very kind

Yesterday was a sad day. Lucille needed transportation from her nursing home to a funeral home. It was her daughter's funeral. Lucille is 99 years old. AMR was called for transportation. The AMR driver, Alex, did so much more than drive her. He went to her room, he gently put on her jacket, and he safely moved her into a wheelchair. The ride was safe and comfortable. The return ride was on time, and the ride was quiet and respectful. He brought her back to her room, removed her jacket and transferred her to her chair. He then spoke words of comfort to her. Alex is an outstanding, compassionate professional. Lucille's family truly appreciates the service Alex and AMR provided yesterday, and cannot thank you enough.
