I went to this hospital after going to the Urgent Care many times and never found out what was really going on with me. They admitted me quick and ran many exames on me and I finally had a accurate diagnosis! The Doctor and nurses where very nice and answered all my questions. I highly recommend!

My wife just had our daughter there and the staff was so amazing and very well trained. They were extremely concerned about my wife and daughters health and making sure that they were comfortable through everything after she was born. They took any extra time with us that was needed for explaining things and taking time to check on us even if we did not call for anything. I really appreciate all the staff that helped my daughter come into this world and took such care of my family.

Labor and delivery was amazing! The doctors and nurses all listened to my feelings and followed my birth plan. They were able to give me the birth I wanted safely and everyone was so nice!

I fell at my nephew's graduation party. There was a doctor at the party (thank you, Lord!) who did neuro checks and stayed with me until the ambulance came. The ambulance crew were so kind and let me hold their hand for comfort and reassurance. I was seen fairly quickly. The nurses, xray tech were wonderful. Kudos to Dr. Brant Williamson who irrigated my head and placed 4 staples there for my scalp laceration. I can't thank everyone enough for their attentiveness and kindness to me at the hospital. God bless you all....

Unfortunately, had to visit the WVU Medicine Emergency room. The situation was not easy, however the amazing service we received by anyone who assisted us (admin, Nurses and the Dr.) WAS More than anyone can expect !! We have only good words and gratitude to the stuff. Since I could not thank each and everyone of them personally (working on that) - the least I can do is share our feedback. Be Safe.

My daughter had blood work today and the phlebotomy technician named Coco was absolutely amazing!! She was extremely busy as she was the only one drawing blood, and checking in everyone who came through. My daughter has huge anxiety about needles and blood and had got sick before and after her blood was drawn. As busy as Coco was she was patient, kind, and a professional. She stayed with us until color came back to her face and she wasn't dizzy any more or getting sick. She she had a huge work load today and never rushed us.She absolutely deserves recognition of an great employee she is. Thank you Coco!

My brother who is 65 , had a heart attack last Thursday. The rescue squad and the emergency room doctors saved his life. He flat lined twice and they brought him back. His care in the ICU unit, was as equally wonderful. His doctors and nurses were from all over the world and knew more than our American doctors. Dr Plitt, who is American, is a fabulous doctor. He is knowledgeable and very attentive to his patients. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this facility…except..Thank You
