    I was on the second floor of the hospital after my surgery. From the register nurses to the pca , to the server , they are all very nice to me, they are caring, knowledgeable and most importantly they understand and respect patients wishes. They make a great team. I understand that everyone has different experience but I had good one and I could not ask for more than that. A special gratitude to the team who took care of me without hesitation. I just want ta say thank you. I cannot remember every body’s name, but they know who they are. I hope they know how I felt about the care they give me. Thank you again🌹♥️💯👍

    AMAZING ! The hospital is extremely careful about germs and wants their patients to be safe. The staff is totally 💯 awesome . I’ve never been treated like this in my life at any hospital. The nurses are sweet and kind and know how to treat patients with dignity and respect! The same goes for the anesthesiologist and her team !! Wow ….this was a totally positive experience 😊

    So far I have had two chemo sessions and there are no words how impressed I have been with the entire staff. They have treated me with special care because of other serious health issues I cannot have a med port installed in fear of massive bleeding. Both Becky and Yolanda are on the angels from heaven list....No visible needle marks on my forearm!! The gentleman at the front desk who is in contact with the labs to make sure my blood is ok to proceed is very warm and friendly. I also appreciate that the infusion room is kept at a comfortable temperature!The bathroom is very clean! God Bless You!

    Lilly the nurse assistant is a gem. She really cares about people & is so patient. Adam the nurse was great too. I had my knees done 2 years ago & everything was so much better this admission. I was extremely pleased with my care. Every department was so kind. When I called for my meals the person who took my order was very kind. Carlos in transport is phenomenal. PT folks very kind. An overall great experience. Thank you!

    I arrived to the Outpatient Clinic early for my appointment but the check-in staff checked me in immediately and called the MRI Technician to take me back for my procedure. At no time did I have to wait more than five minutes for someone to take care of me.

    All of the greeting, registration and support personnel in the outpatient Pavilion were excellent! Very friendly and accommodating for my needs. All of the nurses in the cardiac section were also outstanding and awesome. Friendly and happy and professional, and made my experience wonderful. No one likes to go to the hospital, but I think the personnel at Bethesda East make any reason for going there a good experience.
