My husband works over the road, and while driving through Wisconsin, started exhibiting signs that he could be having a stroke, so I had him park in a rest area and call an ambulance. The care and genuine concern for an out of town patient was comforting for me being 1000 miles away. The staff and doctors did everything right, and were happy to include my distant input over the phone while face to face with my husband. In the end, it turned out to be a mild case of Bells Palsy, which was actually a blessing given the alternatives! Thank you all at Black River Hospital for your professionalism, and genuine concern and care for my husband at a time I couldn’t be there for him. It gave me comfort knowing he was in caring, capable hands and I’ll be forever grateful to you all!

I had my kids there and loved the personalized care, especially with my first one when I had no idea what to really expect. The ER has always gotten me in and out quickly and the MRI staff was so friendly and talked me through the whole process. The Rehab staff was awesome with my teen!

Amazing ER/Urgent Care Department! We were out of town, and our son became sick. While nothing was found at the moment, they called 2 days later to check in and then again with culture results that found an answer! Great team/staff! Thank you for all you do! We hope to not get sick on the road again, but will remember the great care you gave our son.

THIS REVIEW IS ABOUT THE BRM CLINIC I had an amazing experience. They make you feel like family and they were super prompt when I called back with a question about my exam. The PA Jeff is super cool with a midwestern so nice personality :) The ladies in x ray are very experienced and efficient.

Last summer I had an indecent where I was bleeding out, it was pretty serious(I was terrified beyond words) and I was only 17. For reasons, I had no family there with me to comfort me so one of the nurses went above and beyond to make sure I wasn't uncomfortable for a second. She sat and told me stories and treated me like her own family until I could get transferred to a hospital to be with my own people. That was the best experience of my life all because of the support and kindness of the nurses and doctors.
My son hurt his arm while we were camping. We were in and out within the span of two hours. EVERY person we encountered was kind, helpful, professional, and truly caring towards my son. We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hospital ER.
