I was just transported with this ambulance service. The emt's Josh and Rachel were EXCELLENT. They were incredibly kind, compassionate and pretty funny the entire ride over. They stuck with me through the rediculous waiting room and made sure the experience was as comfortable as they could until they had to leave. Can't give them enough praise.

Got a ride from Marcus and Lindsey from Parrish Medical to ORMC. They were very nice and professional. They were also very cool to conversate with. I would hang out with these guys anytime! They made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed.

They were so kind and helpful when I needed to ride in an ambulance. They took care of me the entire way from Viera to Orlando, and made sure that everything was going smoothly, and ensured that it was a pleasant ride the duration of the trip (as pleasant as something can be when you're in pain). Besides maybe the bills at the end, they do take care of you, and I would trust them if I ever had to ride in one again. Thank you for your help
I had to be transported across Brevard county to another hospital. Sami M and Ben S from Coastal Ambulance Brevard County did an absolutely phenomenal job in caring for my physical, psychological, and emotional needs as a patient. I was so impressed by their patience and effort to ensure that I was well taken care while also protected and efficiently transported to another medical destination. My endless gratitude goes out to the company and this dynamic duo.
