My husband is having a very invasive spinal surgery, I was apprehensive by the reviews, so far, I only can say good things, from the registration, the nurses, anesthesiologist, surgeon, all 100% committed to great service, still waiting for my husband to get finished the procedure, but I have been kept informed every step, at least 4 phone calls, which for family in waiting room is always a plus to know each step. I will update my review upon completion of stay, just want to say, not all reviews are objective, this Florida Medical Center is pretty good 5 days in, and my opinion remains intact. Very professional staff and caring personnel

The care I received today was above standard and deemed by me as excellent. I had a skilled nurse an efficient Dr as well as excellent support care from paramedical. God bless them May they continue on this path. Well done.

I had to leave a review about Florida Medical Centers hospital. The nurses that assisted with (Kent room 328) from October 4th through the 13th 2023 were all truly amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure his well-being and comfort. Their dedication and compassion made a significant difference during a challenging time. We are truly grateful for their exceptional care and support. Thank you to the entire nursing staff and cardiac and neurology departments for their outstanding service. You were not only caring and professional with my father but you were considerate to my mother and all of our many visiting family members during the process. My dad is doing better. By the grace of God and your staff, he’s still here and displaying progress. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

The nurses and surgical team were amazing, starting with Iva at Registration who was extremely courteous and friendly. Nurses Camberlie, Evelyn, and Brett have amazing bedside manners and took care of all my needs; I am extremely impressed. Dr. Asghar and Veronica from Elite Spine and Wellness Center made me feel at ease, and I would advise choosing this team for orthopedic spine surgery. The hospital is clean, and the staff are professional.

Even though they were running behind, my experience was amazing. The nurses were beyond awesome from beginning to discharge. We went to get my car the next afternoon and my friend went inside to get me a cold drink, the admissions lady and a nurse asked him how I was and that really made my day.

Dr Okun is an amazing surgeon I have delt with pain for many years due to a back injury. I walked out with no pain after over 6 years of torture. All the staff was amazing patient and very informative.

I was skeptical of this hospital because of their bad reviews. I just had my first-ever surgery there, and I could not have had a better experience. The place is spotless, first of all. From the moment I walked into the outpatient area to check in (shout out to Marjorie) to the moment I was discharged, every single person who I interacted with was absolutely amazing. From the outpatient nurses (Ramona, Elizabeth, Lori, Amanda) to the 5th floor nurses (Michelle, Ann, Len) to the janitorial and kitchen staff, everyone is completely advocated to the patient and their well-being. 100% recommended. Definitely will come back.

My father was at Florida Medical Center in August. My sisters and I where very happy with the excellent care he was given throughout his stay at the hospital, from ALL the members of the team specially (Tanya & Lisa). I would have no problem with any members of the team caring for anyone in my family!
