The Hope Ambulance staff who took the call & organised the ambulance to my parents’ home was very polite & empathetic. The ambulance arrived punctually in the heavy downpour & the 2 staff (Mr Zhang & Mr Zi Hao) were very helpful, caring, polite & most careful with the transfer of my dad to Assisi Hospice. Deeply appreciate their help and the great job done.

Good service provider in medical
Excellent service from Hope ambulance for my school’s cross country run. Engaged a 2 man ambulance team on standby for the event. During the reccee, the team leader keith really took the effort to know the route plan well, thinking through all the possibilities and access points for the ambulance. Unlike other ambulance teams i’ve engaged before, Hope ambulance is not just here to do the event and go through the motion. The meticulous effort and planning by the team leader to know the route plan impresses me. On the event day, they were constantly moving around to ensure all the runners are okay. They even helped us out at the end to pick up injured students from some checkpoints to bring them safely back to school. Really impressed by their service, keep it up!
