Can't believe the previous reviews. Can't fault this hospital at all, from my initial visit to a&e to consultation and admission to the hospital ward I can't fault a thing, all very quick and smoothe. Everyone from reception, staff, nurses and doctors have been fantastic, I received lots of tests and scans and doctor updates have been first rate. Wouldn't think twice coming here again

Yesterday was the second time in the last 2 years I have had to visit Urgencia. The first time I received excellent service and care and this time was just as great. In and out in just over 2 hours which is pretty good considering I had blood tests, BP monitoring, medication to bring my BP down, intravenous paracetamol, Covid test and a CT scan. All followed up with a verbal and written report with what medication to take at home. Dr Sandra Delgado was in charge and looked after everything so well, all of her team were also fantastic, kind, caring with a smile. Thankyou

I rushed my wife through the ambulance doors as she was bleeding and about to faint, she went into a side room with a nurse immediately, got an IV placed in her arm and tests started. Within 20 minutes, she was in the gynecologist's office being checked further and then sent to her own private room, we was in her room for no longer than 20 minutes before two nurses came with a bed to take her to emergency surgery and the care since has been beyond expectation. Despite the language barrier, all staff including receptionists can speak a little English, some more than others and everyone is happy to help if you ask. We spent the night in the hospital last night and it was as good as some hotels, they are keeping my wife regularly topped up with medication and I'm extremely impressed with the level of care. If we've needed anything we push a button in the room and the staff come right away. Thanks to everyone at Hospiten, we will be using this as our hospital from now on. My wife and I are both vegan and, although the food options aren't very good, I just went out and got vegan takeaway from local restaurants in Estepona and Carrefour is only 10 minutes away. They do accept Medifiat health insurance FYI

Had to go on a Sunday to the emergency they were helpful and fast. the pediyatrision dr. Jose Garcia was excellent with perfect English and very thorough in his examination

Overall I had a good stay at Hospiten. The room was wonderful and very comfortable. The nursing staff that took care of me was wonderful and very attentive to my request.

My 81 year old father tripped in Marbella and cut his chin and leg open. We took him to the Hospiten, where they took great care of him. They did all the necessary tests, X-rays of the ribs, sewed the wound on his chin. A professional approach, although we had to wait a bit in the waiting room.
Outstanding service and I am truly grateful! Visited the Emergency department at 2am and was seen by the dr within 2 minutes of checking in with the very kind and caring receptionist. I was then seen by another lovely nurse who assisted me immediately! I was in and then on my way to the chemist within 30 minutes of arriving and I was so relieved to no longer be in discomfort and on my way home so quickly! Thank you again Hospiten :)
