My grandmother has had to be transported 3 times in the last month. She had a stroke 7 years ago and is a complete invalid with advanced dementia. The crews were caring and patient with her most recent bouts of illnesses. My grandmother can be extremely hard to handle with her dementia and the guys on the trucks made her feel at ease so she was comfortable. Thank you very much for all your caring and patience.

As a full-time caretaker of my 92 yo mother I've been using Medfleet Ambulance service off and on for three-years and never had a problem. I've only used the stretcher service thus, any other service I cannot speak on. I always make sure I call at least 24-48 hours ahead of the date of service needed. Therefore, I am glad an alternative service such as MedFleet is available to serve the community at large. The staff is always kind and courteous.

I was truly impress by the transport drivers Luis and Chris.They we're professional, polite and very knowledgeable. My day started out pretty rough, but these guys reminded me that kindness still exist. Thank you so much

They had an ambulance crew pick my mother up from the hospital and take her back to her nursing home. They were so polite to her and were extra careful handling her from bed to bed. They were so polite to me as well even when I was telling them how fragile she was. An excellent experience!!
My mother was transported home by Joey and David from spring Hill to Hudson. First of all what a couple great guys they were very professional and provided fantastic customer service and care for my mother. Med Fleet has a couple All-Star employees on their hands thanks guys.
